Parking

Institutions bringing a vehicle to campus will have an additional $20 charge per vehicle for parking during the duration of the entire conference. This cost will be added to the total of your invoice.

Registration will be open from December 11, 2023 - February 7, 2024. Registration includes submitting both an institution registration form and individual registration forms for each delegate attending. Both forms must be submitted by the deadline of February 7. Late  registration will be available to institutions at an additional cost of $10 per delegate from February 7 - February 14, 2024.

Delegate caps are set at 6 total delegates including advisors. Institutions will be allowed to add alternates as part of their registration.

Alternates will be accepted based on space availability following the close of registration and if accepted, institutions will be responsible for the registration costs of all accepted alternates as part of their institution's full registration cost. Schools looking to bring additional delegates for the purpose of bidding (conference/positions) should list so in registration notes and will have priority for open spaces.

Registration costs will include housing during the duration of the conference (afternoon of 2/29 to the morning of 3/3), linens, and meals beginning with breakfast on Friday, 3/1 and ending with breakfast on Sunday, 3/3. Dinner on 2/29 will be on your own and suggested locations around Lincoln will be provided by the conference staff closer to conference.

Spirit

Institution Roll Call & Banner Submissions

Institutions can submit an institution roll call and banner for conference worth 5 points each, with an additional 5 points awarded to the 1st place winners at conference. More information can be found on the submission forms linked below.

Clothespins & Buttons

Institutions are encouraged to design and decorate clothespins or buttons to trade with other delegations at conferences. This conference tradition helps as an icebreaker to help delegates to meet new people and build connections during their conference experience.

Dress Up Day Themes

As a part of RBC, conference staff have established themes your delegation can use to dress up to engage in the spirit of the conference.

  • Thursday - School Spirit (Rep Your Institution)

  • Friday - Warm Ups (Comfy Wear You Might Dress to Warm Up or Stretch)

  • Saturday - Regional Wear (Cow Print, Blue & Black)

Please look out for more information through newsletters and our social media on updates for spirit prior to and during the business conference.

The philanthropy for RBC will be the UNL Husker Pantry. Husker Pantry serves to lessen the stigma around food insecurities by providing donated food and personal items to students. Husker Pantry is requesting either non-perishable food or toiletries. They have asked us to not donate any canned veggies nor canned soup as they have an excess of these. Some items that can be brought can be cereal, applesauce, canned meats, body lotion, body wash, conditioner, etc. More can be found with using the link provided here.
