About Campus
The 169-acre Danforth Campus is at the heart of Washington University and is the academic home to the majority of the university’s undergraduate, graduate and professional students. The Danforth Campus features predominantly Collegiate Gothic architecture in its academic buildings, and is bordered by Forest Park and the cities of St. Louis, Clayton and University City.
Registration
Institution & individual registration is open and closes on October 6. Late registration will be available to institutions at an additional cost of $10 per delegate until October 11.
Delegate caps are set at 6 total delegates and 1 advisor. Institutions will be allowed to add alternates as part of their registration.
Alternates will be accepted based on space availability following the close of registration and if accepted, institutions will be responsible for the registration costs of all accepted alternates as part of their institution's full registration cost.
Registration costs will include housing during the duration of the conference and meals beginning with dinner on Friday, 11/3 and ending with breakfast on Sunday, 11/5.
Educational Sessions
Educational session submissions will be open from September 21 to October 6.
Each institution delegation is required to submit at least 1 active education session or 3 passive education sessions to be designated voting rights. More information about educational session submissions will be released closer to the conference date.
Active: Live presentation generally around 45-50 minutes on a selected topic
Passive: Visual board of information on a topic

Hotel
Rooms will be assigned/provided by the conference staff and are included with the cost of conference registration. Delegates & advisors will be staying at the Drury Inn & Suites in Brentwood, St. Louis.
