Saturday Night Dining Options

The banquet on Saturday will be served in the luxurious Dean Ballroom at the Sheraton Hotel in Iowa City.

Our banquet will feature a buffet style meal with a selection of entrées and sides and a plated salad. The banquet will take place in the Sheraton Hotel on Saturday evening. Programming and entertainment will take place before and after the banquet, including a dessert reception. Delegates with dietary restrictions need not worry, as all restrictions indicated on the delegation's registration will be accommodated for. We look forward to fueling up with you!

Sunday Morning Dining Options

NRHH: The Hawkeye Chapter

  • The Hawkeye Chapter of the National Residence Hall Honorary strives to serve and recognize University of Iowa students and staff as well as the Iowa City community!

    Each month we host two "Students in Service," or as we like to call them, SiS, events. One SiS event takes place on campus and the other takes place off campus, usually in collaboration with another organization in the Iowa City community. Some of our favorite SiS events have included, cooking meals at the Ronald McDonald House, cleaning up at Hickory Hill Park, and making flower jars for the children in the Stead Family Children's Hospital! 

    We also strive to recognize others on our campus by encouraging OTM writing each month. We recognize OTM nominees with door decs and also hold a bi-monthly OTM dinner to recognize our campus winners! Our newest recognition intitiative is Pin it Forward! We will be recognizing students and staff who make a difference on campus by giving them a pin and sharing a spotlight about them on social media!

You won’t have to take the road less traveled to get to our programming, board room, and dining spaces because our conference team has outlined several convenient transportation options to help you travel across our campus. Here are some routes you will be able to use:

  • Comfortable 10-minute walk guided by conference volunteers

  • Free shuttle provided by the Sheraton Hotel

    • Please note that this shuttle is NOT ADA Accessible and you will need to schedule the use of the shuttle on your own.

  • Delegations looking to drive to program spaces and dining facilities are able to purchase parking at one of many parking ramps located near programming buildings and dining centers, the hourly rate is $1.20.

    • Additionally, there will be a shuttle for ADA use.​ Please remember to note this on your registration form.

  • Please note that our conference staff will NOT be providing transportation from the airport should delegations choose to fly to our conference.
